Getting towed to Roseville Chrysler with a flat tire (and no spare) was not my idea of a good time, but Jake helped to relieve my worries and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful, and I am grateful for all he did to ensure my first flat tire was not as horrendous an experience as it might have been.

Did recommended updates and had window switches fixed. Appreciate recommended updates and the correction/repair to the door switches. I will be bringing my vehicles in again for service and repair as need arises.

Recently went in to just do a test drive, and wasn't actually expecting to buy a new car that day. However, they gave me a great deal on my trade-in, and along with other incentives, I couldn't say no. The staff was helpful, polite and very efficient. Usually it seems like it takes hours and hours, but it took half the time it normally does to get through all the financing and paperwork. Great work. Thanks Rich!
Very responsive with quick action to the problem answered all questions and called back immediately when I left a message. All around checking in to picking up the vehicle was perfectly smooth.
The only reason why we have given you an outstanding rating, and recommendation, is because of our long term relationship with most of your staff. However, when it came to buying the Jeep we had leased for 36 months, my wife and I were treated like less than complete strangers by Jeff, your finance guy. We had a long term appointment with Jeff for 1PM. We were told at 12:55 that he had someone in his office and he'd be out when he was finished and we should have a seat. At 1:45 we still had not seen or heard from Jeff. We finally went to Justin and he was kind enough to keep us busy for 5 minutes, and then we continued to wait. I think we finally got to see Jeff just after 2:00. This was the way this process began. We were initially told that it would take about an hour to do the paperwork, We were given the quick close. We questioned Jeff about the total cost of the car as compared to what were originally quoted. His response was that he can only get from us what US Bank tells his to get. He suggested that if we have questions we should call the bank. He offered to do nothing. If we had been first time customers that would have the end of any friendly dealings with Roseville Chrysler. We did call the bank and relayed our concerns. I also have a 35 year relationship with US Bank. With the information we gave them, which was exactly what was written on our original lease, the Bank said they were sorry and promised us with a refund check of at least $500 when our title is sent to us. There is more to this sad story but we'd be beating a dead horse. I think you can get the picture. I'd love nothing more than to give you 5 stars across the board, but at this particular time my wife and I are still stinging from what just happened to us behind your doors.... More
